Percentage of Honesty !!!!!!!!!!!!

I often hear people say, this officer is very honest, but "ate me namak to chalta hai", means a small level dishonesty is ok but otherwise person is honest.

What a joke it is, a person can be honest, or dishonest, it can not be honest in percentage. Similarly a person is in love or not in love, but he can not be in somewhat love. 

But today people coin terms keeping in their advantages in mind. And surprisingly many people have changed definitions, e.g. one night stand is ok but one can  not indulge in regular relationship with somebody else than partner. Is one night stand has anything less weight than total polygamy.
